At Sense Therapies, we take a play-based, strengths-focused approach to help children and young people build the skills they need to feel competent, confident, and connected in everyday life.

Therapy is offered in our custom-built sensory gyms, as well as through home, daycare, preschool, primary and high school, and community visits—ensuring support is available wherever children live, learn, and play.

Term & Holiday Group Programs
At Sense Therapies, our therapist-led school term and school holiday group Occupational Therapy programs are uniquely designed in the local community. We believe in providing children with interest-based opportunities to foster connection, gain confidence, and develop lifelong interests. By partnering with businesses in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions, we not only create meaningful experiences but also facilitate your child's journey toward greater community participation.

Our new expansion into the Berry & Kiama region brings experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapy right to you in your community.
We offer individual OT sessions designed to support your child's needs through home, school, and community visits.

Our school programs across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven schools offer valuable support for teachers, educators, and staff. We are passionate about empowering school communities to create safe and welcoming spaces where every neurodivergent child can feel supported and thrive.
Sense at School is available in daycares, pre-schools, primary schools and high schools.

Pathology
Our Paediatric Speech Pathology services are centered around your child's communication needs. Our experienced Speech Pathologist works with children to help them find their voice and connect with the world around them. We are committed to delivering accessible and effective speech and language therapy to families throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.
Psychology &Â Assessments
We provide Psychology sessions and Psychometric Assessments for children and adolescents. Our services offer a safe and supportive space for young people and their families to navigate emotional and behavioural challenges. We also use psychometric assessments to provide valuable insights that guide our evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming support.

Therapy
Looking for a unique way to support your child's emotional needs? Our Art Therapy services are led by a qualified Art Therapist who provides a supportive space where children and teens can explore their emotions. Using creative expression, they can make sense of their inner world, tell their stories, and build valuable self-awareness. – often without needing to find the 'right' words.
Sense
Team Sports
Sense Rugby and Sense AFL are designed to help children with a variety of needs. Our paediatric Occupational Therapists work alongside trained rugby and AFL players to create a safe, fun, and evidence-informed environment. We use the principles of sports to support children with building connections around shared interests, emotional regulation, and motor coordination, while also teaching them the skills of being a part of a team.
