Sense Movement in Schools

Where Professional Sport meets Clinical Expertise.

Is your daycare, pre-school, primary school or high school looking for a movement program that goes deeper than just "playing sport"?

Sense Movement is a fun, active program designed and delivered by Occupational Therapists and Australian Olympian, Jesse Parahi.

We bring therapeutic movement directly to your children’s natural learning environment, supporting their development through targeted sensory input and high-performance movement strategies.

More than just a game . . .

At Sense Therapies, we know that movement is a vital pathway for regulation, attention, and learning. Sense Movement isn’t just about physical activity—it’s about supporting the body’s sensory systems (balance, proprioception, and body awareness) to help children feel ready to learn and engage.

Key Benefits for Participants:
Regulation & Focus: Using movement to calm and alert the nervous system.
Skill Development: Hand-eye, foot-eye, and bilateral coordination.
Social Confidence: Teamwork and collaborative play in a supportive setting.
Wellbeing: Promoting endorphin release and a positive relationship with physical activity.

We’ve combined the clinical quality of our Occupational Therapy team with the professional experience of Jesse Parahi (Founder of Sense Therapies and Australian Rugby 7s Olympian). Together, they have developed a program that is both high-energy and therapeutically sound.

Available in the Illawarra, Bulli, Kiama, and South Coast Regions. Our team travels to local schools and daycares across the region. We work with local educators to ensure our program integrates seamlessly with your school schedule.
