Our Groups Programs are OT-led and are designed to be meaningful and participation-based, allowing participants to integrate seamlessly with the local providers and businesses we partner with across our Illawarra & Kiama regions.

We proudly support our local community while ensuring that every experience serves as a vital vehicle for therapeutic growth.

By focusing on real-world integration and specific goal-directed activity, we ensure our programs are both clinically valuable and life-enhancing, helping participants translate their therapy goals into functional, everyday success.

Sense Netball **NEW Group Program**

Sense Netball is a fun, supportive, and structured group for girls aged 7–12, designed to build confidence, connection, and enjoyment through movement and team sport. The program is run by Occupational Therapists who are also former high performance netball players, bringing both clinical expertise and a love of the game.

Sense Strength **FULL- WAITLIST ONLY**

Sense STRENGTH is an Occupational Therapy Group led by experienced OTs and personal trainers at NSPC Gym & Sense Therapies Clinic, Bulli. The focus is on providing support and guidance for kids to develop healthy habits, move their muscles, build strength and learn new skills in safe, fun environments.

Sense Team Sports 

Does your child need help to be part of a sports team? Sense Team Sports is a footy-based Occupational Therapy Program. We use modified drills to help kids & teens: Process sensory information, focus on activities, work on their coordination, manage their emotions and have fun with friends! Join our Woonona Team run by Sense Therapies Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants.

Sense Surf **FULL- WAITLIST ONLY**

Join our surf coach and therapist Carmel and work with our OT's to reach your therapy goals in the water! Grow your ocean confidence, practise water safety and build strength, coordination and fitness while connecting with peers in a fun, dynamic environment! *Please note- Participants MUST have and wear own FULL LENGTH wetsuit. 1:1 support is not provided in this group setting- we welcome parents, carers and support workers involvement if your child requires 1:1*

Sense Girls **Expression of Interest only**

Sense GIRLS is a thoughtfully designed small social group (4 participants) for tween girls, facilitated by Occupational Therapists. Sessions offer a warm, welcoming, and play-based environment where girls can feel safe, seen, and supported as they explore social connection, movement, and creative self expression.

Sense Bikes **FULL- WAITLIST ONLY**

Sense Bikes is a social, occupational therapy group for kids who can already ride and are looking to gain better bike control. Be supported by our OT’s and build the confidence, and independence, to get out there exploring our local community together on 2 wheels.
